It's Aperitif Hour!

Through stories, letters, paintings and photographs we'll discover the cafe culture of 19th century Paris and prepare two summery aperitifs and classic hors d'oeuvres.

On the menu:
Lillet Spritz
Moitié-Moitié (Vermouth Cocktail)
Marinated Olives with Fresh Herbs
Sautéed Mushrooms with Sage

At the bottom of your confirmation email you will receive the recipes with ingredients and equipment needed. The Zoom link will be sent three hours before the class starts.
